Sunday Sick Girl Pamper

Hey guys,

Sorry for the lack of posts. I got sick in the middle of the weekend, and i’m still feeling pretty blah. My regular Sunday routine was switched our for my sick girl edition, which mostly involved laying in bed and watching a lot of Revenge. But here are some of the products I used:

Head & Shoulders Classic Clean Shampoo – I like to use this when i’m too lazy to use the Ouidad Bay Leaf Exfoliating Treatment that I usually use on Sundays. The Ouidad works well, but it’s kind of complicated/time consuming to use, and the Head & Shoulders does a nice job removing a weekend worth of hair product and moisturizing your scalp.

Local Gainesville Honey – I love to put this in my hot tea when I’m sick. Honey can help soothe coughing and sore throats.

Triple Leaf Cold and Flu Time Tea – There’s nothing like sipping hot tea when you’re sick, and this one is packed with herbs that help you fight your cold. It’s really yummy too.

Alka-Seltzer Plus Night Cold Formula – I’m super sensitive to cold medicines, so this is the first one I have found that doesn’t make me crazy. It’s a little rough because you have to dissolve it in water and drink it, but whatever works.

Body Shop Tea Tree Squeaky Clean Scrub – I usually use the Jack Black Deep Dive Cleanser, but it’s at Terry’s house. I decided to give this another shot. I still think it’s a little too harsh for my skin though.

Eucerin Original Moisturizing Creme – my poor nose is raw from blowing it so often, so i’ve been using this stuff to moisturize it. I originally got this creme for my face, but it’s crazy thick. I find it’s best to just use for dry patches.
